This is a Wonderful and Rare Antique French Palais Royal White Oplaine Glass and Dore Bronze Mounted Perfume Bottle Dispenser. 

It is Beautifully Decorated with a Plaque Eglomise (Reverse Painting on Glass ) Miniature Painting Depicting the Arc de Triomphe. 

It is Fitted with a Bronze Spiggot Tap above a Mother of Pearl Drip Pan in the Form of a Mother or Pear Shell and it Rests on a Carrara Marble Base.
